Nikki Brouwers founded The Interact Group in 1994. Today, Ms Brouwers is recognised as an industry thought leader. Her expertise is recognised through her appointment as President of the NSW Chapter of the Australian Rehabilitation Providers Association (ARPA), her inclusion on the board of the National Employment Services Association (NESA), and the WorkCover NSW Advisory Board.
